Today, I complete 4 days fasting.  There is a lot of free time. To think nothing.  Do nothing. Fasting, this is my 6th time.  I do this for my health and have benefit a lot from it.  I have done fasting with more than 1000 people with many medical cases like cancer, diabetes, brain tumor, lupus, depression, arthritis, high blood pressure, sleeping disorder...anything you can name it.  During fasting, we don't take shower, touch water.  We take walks, breathing, chanting and meditate.  A lot of good results.
I recommend everyone to give their digestive system a break.
