Today is my sixth day of fasting. We ate apple. Drink something to clear our intestine.  For me, my challenges were always my heart.  It sometimes runs fast and I started to sweat.  The 2nd day, I bump my head because of dizziness and I moved too fast.  This time, I feel npt too bad and time flies.  The only thing is nothing come out of the other end.

I highly recommend people to fast once awhile. To give your body and digestive system a break.  It's an ancient method of getting healthy.  It's not beimg promoted because nobody can make money out of this.  I am a true witness of this.

Hopefully, I can do this again in July.  And my friends, you are invited.
